The WIDOK restaurant in HARNAŚ Hotel is a new stop on the culinary map of the Podhale region. It offers guests originally prepared traditional dishes made from the best local products. Chef Sylwester Lis, a winner of many awards , has prepared a menu based on top quality and sophisticated products, like meats (lamb, beef, goat meat, capon), fish (sea trout, sturgeon, trout, Polish salmon), and the best local cheeses. All products come from reliable suppliers operating their own farms. The variety of tastes is complemented with vintage wines and exceptional beer brewed by the local brewery with a 600-year tradition.
