Bezkosztowa anulacja możliwa jest w terminie najpóźniej na 3 dni do daty planowanego przyjazdu Gościa. 3. W przypadku pobytów planowanych w okresie Świąt Wielkanocnych, Bożego Narodzenia oraz Sylwestra, bezkosztowa anulacja możliwa jest w terminie 21 dni lub dłuższym przed datą planowanego przyjazdu Gościa do Hotelu. 4. Jeśli rezygnacja nastąpi później niż 3 dni do czasu planowanego przybycia - Hotel pobiera opłatę w wysokości 10% całkowitego kosztu rezerwacji. 5. W przypadku braku powiadomienia Hotelu lub powiadomienia później niż 24 godziny do planowanego przybycia - Hotel pobiera opłatę w wysokości 100% kosztu pierwszej doby pobytu. 6. Na zwrot zaliczki mamy 14 dni roboczych od momentu wystawienia faktury korygującej. Środki zwrócimy na to samo konto, z którego zostały wpłacone.
