Atmosphere. Emotions. Story. Meeting. This is exactly what Chef’s Taste looks like – a unique dinner prepared by Chef Marcin Gruszka, who that evening will open the doors to his culinary imagination for you.
The Chef is a native highlander who combines natural ingredients from the Tatra forests and meadows with modern techniques and a bold vision. He does not limit himself to recipes – he creates from the heart and from what nature provides at the moment.
Night Cooking is not just a dinner. It's an experience. By candlelight, at an open kitchen, in the rhythm of stories about flavors, wine and mountains – you will sit at a table that connects people, stories and emotions.
This evening is for you if:
– food is for you more than a plate – it’s an experience,
– you feel close to nature and flavors that tell a story,
– you want to sit at a table where cooking is from the heart, not from the recipe,
– you value authenticity, calm and conversations that last long
You can enjoy endless thermal experiences throughout your stay! Whenever you wish to benefit from this wealth, we will transport you there for free (it’s 1 km, about 3 minutes drive) and then pick you up. At the hotel reception, you will receive a wristband, allowing you to skip the queues at the cash desk. Upon return, you can again enjoy the silence and peace of Harnas.
At BUKOVINA Thermal Pools you will find recreational and swimming pools – both indoor and outdoor, located away from the bustle in the surroundings of the Tatra National Park.
